At Modern Furnish Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
- You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

- Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at hello@modernfurnishhome.com. We will assess the situation and take prompt action to resolve the issue, whether through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been accepted. This ensures you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your statement.
